Cat Herding 101: Best Practices for Fostering an Engaged and Effective Online Community

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

This session will include a review of community management principles and core practices, diverse examples of community management at work, and discussion about the application of community management in our organizations.
