Earlier this year the Building Movement Project conducted a national survey of more than 3,750 nonprofit staff (and board members) about their views of leadership, experiences at work and perspectives on nonprofits and race. Participants in this breakout session will experience a data tour to learn about the survey results, and engage in small group discussion to make meaning of the survey data. The session will conclude with a discussion of how young nonprofit leaders can work to make their organizations and the sector more inclusive.
