Originally hailing from Chicago, I spent the last two decades serving Portland's social service sector as a director and consultant, while also traveling to numerous African countries on behalf of the Peace Corps and international NGOs. In 2017, I graduated from Seth Godin's altMBA program and joined the coaches team, while also developing a startup social venture called ProsperCity.

At its core, ProsperCity is a tech platform and online job site designed to help people who care find work with companies they trust. We believe prosperity begins with equity, so compensation transparency is central to the mission and posting criteria. We intend to launch the first job site in the nation where salary/pay range information is openly disclosed for every single position, right alongside evidence of each employer's commitment to inclusion and diversity.
