We are a sector full of eager, passionate people who are constantly willing to give of our time and our energies for the missions, the causes, and the communities that we care about. We have to take care of ourselves at the same time! I’m excited to attend the Active! Summit to connect with and draw energy from such an impressive attendee list. And, I’m excited to speak about integrating habits and routines of self-care into our busy schedules in order to her stay happier, healthier, and better able to live up to the responsibilities that are so important to all of us.

In addition to my role at YNPN Portland, I serve as the Development Director for Harper's Playground (www.harpersplayground.org), and am pursing my MBA at Willamette University.
