Carrie Fuentes (she/her) and Teri Pierson (she/her) are Directors in the Training and Consultation Program at Resolutions Northwest. They are not classroom teachers, though they have both worked with youth: Carrie worked with queer youth and led a lot of classroom workshops through SMYRC in her previous role, and Teri worked in day treatment settings a lot of years ago. They now work with people in all kinds of roles and organizations, supporting people to lead from where they are to shift policies, practices, and outcomes toward racial justice.
